Seven of the best Vietnamese golfers have been selected to compete in the Asian Mercedes Trophy 2016 tournament’s final round on August 9-12 in Australia.

The players, who previously won the Vietnam Mercedes Trophy 2016 tournament’s final round, include Nguyen Gia Bao, Hoang Quan, Tran Van Bang, Nguyen Hoai Nam and Phan Tan Hoc.
The top performers in the Asian event will secure a slot to compete in the Mercedes Trophy World Final, to be held in Stuttgart, Germany on October 3-8.
The Mercedes Trophy is an exclusive series of invitational golf tournaments conducted around the world. Each year, more than 60,000 players from 60 countries tee off in local, regional and national events, competing to qualify for the world final.
