Mrs. Vu Thi Thu Thuy – Vice Chairwoman of the Quang Ninh provincial People’s Committee informed that the province has been pushing effort for the organization of these 2 important events.
The Visit Viet Nam Year 2018 – Ha Long, Quang Ninh will be hosted mainly in Quang Ninh together with some neighbour Northern provinces and tourism hubs. Lots of noticeable activities will be held to highlight traditional culture and socio-economic potentials of the region.
In preparation for ATF 2019, at the end of 2017, Quang Ninh plans to inaugurate a large Exhibition Center with 300 indoor standard booths and 300 outdoor ones, 1,000 seat convention space, and Tuan Chau multi-functional stage with 5,000 seat capacity.
Ha Long – Hai Phong Highway is expected to come into operation in 2017 together with Quang Ninh Airport inauguration in 2018 will facilitate travel of delegates to the province. In addition, Major attractions and facilities have also been developed such as Ha Long Ocean Park, Ha Long Floral Park, international golf courses, 4-5 star hotels…
Emphasizing the significance of the major events, Director General Nguyen Van Tuan asked Quang Ninh Province to accelerate the preparation, tightening linkage with other provinces in the organization, develop outstanding tourism products to introduce to national and oversea delegates, ensuring safety and security, enhancing management of tourist activities and environmental protection in Ha Long Bay…
