Operations Executive
Job Description
• Confirm reservations according to client itineraries
• Manage golf course, hotel, and transportation suppliers and insure superior service at favorable rates
• Interface with clients to insure tours meet or exceed expectations
• Manage golf tour operations schedules according to client preferences
• Liaison with drivers, guides, and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time service
• Develop processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and service levels
• Issue golf tour quotations as required
• Manage and monitor ad hoc projects as directed
• Responsible for all other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Experience required:
• 2 or more years’ in the tourism and or golf industry
• Tour operator or hotel management experience
• Leadership of small and medium sized and highly productive teams
• Fluent in written and oral English and Vietnamese
• Proficient with use of computers including Microsoft Office and Internet
Special requirements
• Flexibility to work overtime
• On-call 24-hours
• Ability to work under pressure
• Extensive overseas travel
