In continuation of our previous announcement dated October 31, 2023, regarding the appointment of Mr. Keith James Robertson (“Mr. Robertson”) as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, the Board of Directors (“Board”) of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited (the “Company”) now discloses that Mr. Robertson’s official assumption of duties as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer is scheduled for January 29, 2024. Additionally, as of the same date, Mr. Robertson will be designated as a member of both the Finance Committee and the Group Management Board.
