The closest golf club to Hanoi, just 20 minutes from the centre Long Bien offers 27 holes surrounded by the Dong Nai River. If you are a plane spotter, then adjacent military airport will create some diversions and a bit of noise too.
Great conditions here with Paspalum on the tee boxes and fairways and Tiff Eagle Bermuda on their greens. At 6,700 yards it is not a particularly long layout, but with some cleverly placed streams, a few rows of palm trees, some deep bunkering and earth mounding, your shots will need to be accurate, and your chipping first class.
The Hilly or Lakes courses have the added benefit of being floodlight, with first class international lighting, so there is no need to rush the final holes as the sun sets here.
