On occasion of 56th anniversary of Vietnam Tourism (9th July, 1960 – 9th July, 2016), Vietnamese National Administration of Tourism and Vietnam Tourism Association honored Vietnam Tourism Award winners in 2016. Among 105 winners this year, only one is from Binh Dinh – Com nieu Hoi An-Quy Nhon Restaurant.

Com nieu Hoi An-Quy Nhon locates along Nguyen Tat Thanh street, Quy Nhon city and serves traditional dishes of Vietnam in peaceful environment with classical style of architecture.
Visiting the restaurant, customers enjoy throwing charcoal-grilled rice with food typical in rural areas of Vietnam, like sour fish soup, vegetable soup, caramelized fish in clay, jackfruit shrimp and meat salad, spinach soup with crab roe, bitter gourd soup with crab roe, stir fried amaranth with garlic, bitter gourd shrimp soup, stir-fried beef with piper lolot, seaweed shrimp soup. The restaurant also serves seafood like crab soup, fried squid with pineapple and tomato, rabbitfish sour soup, deep-fried tuna with tomato sauce, mushroom hot pot, vegetarian recipes, and Binh Dinh specialties like sticky rice ca
The restaurant’s architecture is like Hoi An-style ancient house. That’s the reason why it is named after Hoi An. To avoid confusion with Hoi An destination, its full name is Com nieu Hoi An – Quy Nhon Restaurant. Prestige of the brand lies in quality food and customer-oriented service, making customer service a priority, says Mr. Vo Vinh Ca, director of C.P Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, which owns Com nieu Hoi An – Quy Nhon Restaurant, Moc Vien Restaurant and Lau ÀLACA Restaurant.
Customers of Com nieu Hoi An – Quy Nhon Restaurant and Moc Vien Restaurant are local people, tourists from other provinces of Vietnam and foreigners. Most of tourist groups from cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh experience service at the restaurant. In peak tourist season from June to August, 2016, the two restaurants are always crowded. They even welcome 20 tourist groups per day.

Recently, the two restaurants – Com nieu Hoi An-Quy Nhon and Moc Vien have been chosen as the best customer service at Quy Nhon by Vietravel Tourism Company. The C.P company has partnered with the Vietravel company for 3 years and has just signed deals with Sai Gon Tourist, Ben Thanh Tourist and other tourism agents at Hanoi.
Mr. Vo Vinh Ca commits to maintain and improve service quality of the restaurants run by C.P company while expands the business size to serve more tourists to Binh Dinh province. The company will always offer its best service to customers as in the title won.
