This summer, Hoiana Resort & Golf will be the epicenter of entertainment and excitement with the launch of its inaugural International Kite Festival. This thrilling new event, part of Hoiana’s “Summer Vibes” campaign, will take place from July 25-28, 2024, and is set to captivate both local guests and international visitors. Organized in collaboration with the Quang Nam Department of Culture, Sports & Tourism, the festival aims to celebrate the art of kite making and flying, positioning itself as a must-see annual event in the region’s cultural and tourism calendar.
Anticipating an attendance of around 10,000 visitors over the four-day period, the festival promises a rich lineup of activities. Highlights include stunning kite flying displays from teams representing 12 countries and regions such as Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, India, and Vietnam.
Festival-goers will be treated to a diverse array of kites and a vibrant display area that will delight audiences of all ages. One of the standout features will be the LED kite flying program, which will light up the night sky on July 26, 27, and 28. Additionally, a music night on July 27 will showcase talented young performers. Other attractions include kite making workshops, a variety of international cuisines, mesmerizing magic shows, unique fire dance performances, photo booths, and numerous other entertainment activities.
Guests who book the “Stay & Kite” package will enjoy a VND 250,000 food and beverage voucher along with unlimited access to the kite festival area.
