HANOI, Vietnam: A group of Vietnamese Catholics travelled to Mongolia last week to see Pope Francis and asked him to visit their country.
While Pope Francis was driven in a golf cart through a crowd of some 2,000 people of various nationalities in Ulaanbaatar this week, some in the Vietnamese group shouted, “Visit Vietnam, Papa.”
