Families at Four Seasons
Guests of all ages are welcome at Four Seasons, with thoughtful considerations ranging from complimentary baby gear and child-size robes and slippers to kid-friendly menus and babysitting services when parents need a little grown up time. Excursions and itineraries can be arranged to suit all ages and interests.
- NEW: Family Villas – Eight newly-configured Family Villas now feature a kids room stocked with board games and special surprises just for children, with sofabed, desk, tv and gaming console, and their own private bathroom.
- NEW: The Chuon Chuon Kids Club – This all-new stand-alone facility brings the popular Four Seasons Kids for All Seasons program to Vietnam for the first time. Professional staff welcome children ages 4 to 12 for days filled with traditional crafts, indoor and outdoor games, yoga classes and more. The Club even has its own splash pool, surrounded by mini-loungers in true resort style. The Resort also has a games room for young adults.

Led by veteran Four Seasons spa expert Luisa Anderson, Spa Manager Dwi Susanti and her team offer a menu of yoga and mindfulness classes and spiritual therapies, including the new Nam Hai Earth Song signature treatment. This 150 minute journey is ideal for sharing as a series of rituals inspire a deeper connection to the Earth, featuring Vietnamese scrub and bath, deep pressure massage, and a unique “sound bath.”

- NEW: The Nam Hai Vietnamese Cooking Academy – Built in the tradition of the renowned Four Seasons cooking schools in Chiang Mai and Bali, this new Nam Hai Vietnamese Cooking Academy is dedicated to the art and enjoyment of Vietnamese cuisine. Led by Chef Tran Van Sen, students will learn the fundamentals, beginning in the Resort’s own two acre (almost a hectare) fruit, vegetable and herb farm. Hands-on classes and market visits can be tailored to interests and experience, with all guests “graduating” with a collection of recipes to enjoy at home. Programs for children are also available.
- More for culinary enthusiasts – Lá Sen is the Resort’s Vietnamese dinner experience, offering a changing menu of regional specialties and seasonal inspirations. Be sure to try the lẩu, or hotpot, served family style each evening. The Resort team is also happy to recommend local restaurants in Hoi An and beyond.

On Saturday evenings, enjoy the Vietnamese highland tradition of sipping ruou can, a sticky rice wine infused with mountain herbs accompanied by nem lui (grilled minced pork skewers) and folk tunes.
